Technical Detail & Building Warrant

Architectural and engineering details are developed to support the building warrant process and prepare the project for accurate pricing.

Bill of Quantities Prepared by Quantity Surveyor

Our Quantity Surveyor prepares a Bill of Quantities, setting out the measured work and scope required for the project.

Cost Certainty Pricing

Once the approved drawings and Bill of Quantities are in place, we can provide cost certainty pricing based on the agreed scope of work. This means your project is priced properly, using detailed information rather than assumptions or rough estimates.

Programme Agreed & Build Managed

Your Contracts Manager agrees the programme, coordinates the trades and manages the build through to completion.
