Feasibility

We believe that from the outset of a project, you should know what to expect. Before you commit to any fees, we will talk you through the process, costs and timelines required for your extension. We will visit your home, identify any constraints which could cause problems with planning or construction, and help you calculate your budget.

Design

Altering your home gives you an opportunity to tailor it to how you live. Our architects will get to know you and your ambitions for your project to ensure you make the most of your extension. We work hard to balance your budget: providing a service that can improve energy efficiency, lower your running and maintenance costs, and increase the value of your property.

Permissions

We take the stress and worry out of obtaining planning permission, a building warrant, and any other consents you might need. Once we have finalised your design, we will make all necessary submissions and liaise with the relevant authorities. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know what’s happening.

Build

Seeing your extension take shape is an exciting time, but we appreciate that it can also be disruptive. We coordinate everything so that your build runs smoothly and quickly. All our tradespeople are respectful, friendly and accommodating and will do their best to work around you as you get on with your life.

Handover

Once the building work is complete, we’ll make sure you know how everything works and arrange a Completion Certificate on your behalf. We’ll collate any warranties, permissions and paperwork into a client handover pack so that if you ever come to sell your home, you know everything is in one place.
